The HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We provide harm reduction based services in Alameda County to people who are at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis C and other preventable, infectious diseases.
Donation to HEPPAC means you are directly helping us support our community. All donations help us to directly assist people living in Alameda County.

You can help us reach our goal of a healthier community by donating to HEPPAC. A five dollar donation will provide hygiene supplies and $250 can purchase 10 HIV test kits. You can pay online using our secured PayPal account. Simply select the amount you choose to donate.

Why donate?
Grants and private donations assists us with reducing substance use related harm in Alameda County. Our community outreach effort focuses on the basic needs of people who lack traditional support networks and are under served during a critical point in their lives. With your help, we can continue to provide stable, reliable and high-quality services active substance users deserve with the goal of establishing a healthier community.

Participate in Fundraising Events
